You agree not to hold liquidation-x.com or its owners, liable for any damages incurred while using this service.
You agree not to hold liquidation-x.com or its owners, liable for any physical, emotional, monetary harm or damages that occur while at liquidation-x.com, or from the purchase/use of any products from liquidation-x.com or its affiliates/suppliers.
Items purchased through liquidation-x.com are intended for use only in a legal manner.
It is the purchasers sole responsibility to obtain information about, and obey all laws which apply to the possession and use of these items.
Please consult Local, State and Federal Laws before placing an order for any items.
We may make changes to our policies at any time, without prior notification to members/users.

Purchasing:

Purchasing is through AlertPay, Google Checkout, SafePay & SFIpay.
Use the buy now button of the payment processor you prefer next to each item.
SafePay Solutions is the only one that does not require an account at this time.

We no longer accept payments through PayPal, StormPay, GreenZap, BidPay or Western Union period.

NC residents/business's must provide a resale tax ID certificate for wholesale purchases.
NC residents are subject to state sales tax on liquidation items.
Shipping Restrictions:

Pepper Sprays:
Pepper Sprays can not be shipped to the following states:
Alaska
Hawaii
Massachusetts
New York
Puerto Rico
Pepper Sprays can not be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Pepper Sprays can not be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, can not be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)

Stun Devices:
Air Tasers & Stun Guns can not be shipped to the following cities or states:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia.

Shipping:

Most Orders are shipped the same day or within 48 hours.
Shipping is to the continental 48 states, USA only.
We do not ship international at this time.
Shipping charges are a flat rate per order.
All shipping is through UPS Ground & USPS at our discretion, regardless which shipping method we use we must receive a physical shipping address with payment.
UPS can not deliver to APO/FPO/PO Box's.
Orders received after after 2:PM on Fridays or on weekends, will ship the following business day.
However, federal trade laws allow us 30 days from date of purchase to fill your order if item is back-ordered or temporarily out of stock.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date.
Returns & Refunds:

Liquidation Items: All sales are final, no refunds, no returns.

New Products:
Shortage claims or damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods or will not be considered, no exceptions.
In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier contact us at once for instructions.
Any returns for undamaged products will incur a 25% restocking fee and must have a valid RMA number printed on the shipping label of each box.
In order to receive an RMA number for your package please email support with your reason and request to return a order.
We will send you an RMA # and specific return instructions.
Any refunds will be less original freight charges.
We have a 30 business day return policy and cannot accept any returns outside the 30 day window from time of original delivery.
We do not accept partial returns.
All returns must contain all original materials, packaging, upc codes, rebate forms when applicable and free from any damage, missing parts or manuals, and in re-sellable condition.
Otherwise no refunds, exchanges or credits will be given.
Videos: Since video tapes can be copied, there will not be any refunds given for returned videos, a replacement will be issued for defective videos.
Hidden Cameras: All our hidden wireless cameras are special order items and are not subject to cancellations or returns.
Due to the nature of this product line, returns for hidden wireless cameras will only be accepted if the camera has a manufacturers defect, or if it is damaged upon shipment to the customer.
In which case the product will be repaired or replaced, and shipped back to the customer.
All returns must be authorized by Liquidation-X before product(s) is returned.
All products must be returned in the original packaging.

Cancellation Policy:

Any order canceled before the 30 day window passes from date of purchase will incur a 15% cancellation fee of the product price.

Charge Back:

If paying by credit card and a charge back fee occurs and we can provide proof of delivery of your order you agree to a $49.95 administration fee to be charged to your credit card, in addition to the original purchase fees.

Warranty:

All items are brand new in the original factory packaging, unless otherwise stated.
Warranty if any is from the manufacturer, not Liquidation-X.

Taser Warranty:
Taser has issued a new warranty policy, the customer must fill out and send in the warranty card upon receipt of taser.
Returns for defective tasers must be sent directly to taser for a replacement.
All Taser sales are final, no refunds.
