Purchasing:

Purchasing is Currently through AlertPay or Check, Money Order.
If you prefer to use Google Checkout or SafePay, use the Check method and make a note in comments, an invoice will be sent from your preferred payment processor.

We no longer accept payments through PayPal, StormPay, GreenZap, BidPay, RME or Western Union period.

NC business's must provide a resale tax ID certificate for wholesale purchases.
NC residents are not allowed to purchase items.

Indemnification:

You agree not to hold liquidation-x.com or its owners, liable for any damages incurred while using this service.
You agree not to hold liquidation-x.com or its owners, liable for any physical, emotional, monetary harm or damages that occur while at liquidation-x.com, or from the purchase/use of any products from liquidation-x.com or its affiliates/suppliers.
Items purchased through liquidation-x.com are intended for use only in a legal manner.
